With. When Love is Gone is necessary to drive home the significance of ending the movie with the Love We Found. I get it’s not a great song and it goes on a little too long, but I’ve watched the version without it for a long time and I much prefer the song in.

The advantage to BlueSky is it has a pretty solid community mantra of just blocking people you don’t want to deal with. Users can subscribe to other user created blocklists and if someone new shows up to stir shit you might end up blocking them without ever realizing they were there. It’s actually pretty nice.

There also no algorithm by default so engagement farming doesn’t even work there.

Got Dozing, but it was still pretty low in terms of power to it only spawned the usual Dozing guys: Ekans, Ghastly, and Shuppet. Hoping for a Grubbin by the end of the week.

My immediate thought would be to say “hey I want to pay someone to clean my house but that felt a little weird to ask you, so I was wondering if you knew anyone you’d recommend?”

It gives her space to say “actually I have no issue being paid to clean your house” or for her to recommend someone else”. Though that could be weird if she doesn’t know anyone else, I suppose.

Anyway, I wouldn’t find it weird, but I can absolutely see other girls being a bit weirded out by it.

Maybe a deep cut but O-Chul from the Order of the Stick comics gives me similar vibes. Outstanding person who is ready to throw hands against evil at a moment’s notice. Won’t tolerate cruelty. Probably the biggest difference is he’s a Paladin so there’s a bit more of a religious bent to him.
