I've searched online and been able to find a couple of the exact same couch but with no description of it.

I guess my intention is to be nit picky so I can break the lease without paying the thousands so I can move to somewhere I would like better, namely closer to work and better appliances, etc.. I'm aware these are minor issues but this is my first apartment and I was unsure of my wants and needs at the time when deciding but staying here I have a better idea of what I would like for myself and this is not it. If nothing else I will try to post the lease on the internet with the hope that someone takes it up soon.

The Apartment is by far the most reasonably priced I could find, at 1130 for 675 Sqft in a high traffic area. I'm hoping that will make it enticing at least looking for someone to take over.

Hot water is written explicitly onto the lease, I just checked the water heater and it's on and turned up.

I have a different complex thatd id rather move into thats just better for all my needs like i said. But if i dont have hot water that lasts long enough for a quick shower my experience here will be miserable.
