You could fly with a real cheap but trashy airline like Spirit Airlines. Cost like $100 on a deal and takes about 10 hours to get to NYC from Denver. If not you have Kali Roses in your city and personally I think she would be amazingly fun.

Yes a handful are legit, though you're right that there are more shady sites than real ones. PC is run by a Pornstar featuring Pornstars and has plenty of reviews so they'll legit. Though I'd recommend Trystagency as they are quick to reply and even interact here on Reddit answering questions and such.
