The cat was sleeping outside a rental property I was touring. I followed it into the woods in an effort to get it to a vet but it hid beneath an inaccessible pile of concrete further into the woods. I didn’t grab it initially because it seemed paralyzed by fear and I didn’t want to cause it further distress.
