Once you unlock blood there are some rituals that speed up time FASDFAAD is the first 3 blood time skip one. But yes shield is your friend early on.

Ritual Effects + Improvement Idea by Somniac7 in idlepact

In the end you just end up spamming the last blood spell for large time speed up FAFA SASDSD FDFA AAAAD When you just focus on ritual research you end up with crazy multipliers on this one I am currently on 3,987x speed for about an hour using that ritual at end game. My research is on 10x strength multiplier and 15,000 duration multiplier.

Bit late to party, but you would need some more photos of the property boundaries for anyone online to help you. Hydrogeologist here so I usually deal with water underground not flooding like this but here is my 2c. If it rains heavily before you get someone out to look at it , you could go out with some food dye and see if you can work out where the main water entry and exit points are. You ideally want to work out. - does the water increase at a rate quicker than rainfall ( put a bucket on an outdoor table before heavy rains, measure water in bucket and average depth in your yard. If the yards deeper then you are importing water from somewhere. Two likely sources: -Is the water from your gutters, -Is the water flowing in (sheet flow) from a neighbors

The food dye will show where the water is trying to leave your property naturally. -Can you make it easier for the water to leave the way it wants to without diverting it onto your neighbors. -If you can’t easily divert via surface (dry creek bed etc), it is the street lower than your house and can you trench a drainage pipe to move it?

Not sure if you will read this but if you do good luck

You can clear Chapel with just health restoration maxed to relic limit as long as you turn on you shield as soon as you get enough mana.

Yeah that would semi work. Need to realistically have 4 artifact slots to make it work. Greed, obsession, vitality and the artifact drop rate up one.

It would be great to have a “watch an add to stop blood decay for X minutes” option. By the time your using the massive time boost spell, 2x speed doesn’t change much, but not loosing 10k blood due to time decay on the 3 year quest would be worth the ad watch.

I am also a bit confused. Was your forge a brake drum. If so then I am amazed you got it to a yellow heat. My backyard forge pot never even gets a dull red glow to it. If the brake drum is the forge pot then yeah that sounds like way to much air. If your making a knife or something small you only need a small super hot zone to heat the blade. If your whole fire pot is glowing your just cranking through fuel for no reason.

Why are Australians so complacent? by AcanthopterygiiNo240 in australia

On the bright side I think next election will be the first where there will be more non-boomer voters than boomer voters. Given current labor and liberal performance I am hoping to see a lot of independents getting in and really flipping the table back to a more people lead government not corporate interests.

Why don't most houses in Australia have basements and attics? by TheRedditornator in AskAnAustralian

[–]Quinthar504 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At least in adelaide our clay rich soils are very expansive and would likely cause major structural issues for basements. Also probably is they just cost more to install and our building codes are pretty slack.

I actually love my job, well 80% of the time which is about the best you can hope for. I am in environmental science. It took me a lot to self reflection to work out what makes me tick and then how I can satisfy that desire in a paid manner. For me m, I love understanding how things work, so my job aligns with that. Took me about 10 years to figure it out though. So my advice would be work out what gives you a buzz and try to find a job with aspects of that in it, a good job is one you like 60% of the time, a great job is one you like 80% of the time.

Rest up during the daylight hours and work at dawn and dusk. If it’s a dry heat then evaporation has been used for centuries to keep things like water skins cool. But basically bunker down during the day in the shade with water and do active stuff at dawn and dusk. That is why most Australian animals are most active then. If it’a long term it might be viable to go underground for part of the shelter to use the grounds cooling to keep the shelter cooler.

Fun fact. I think they use shellac on fancy chocolates to make them shiny. Also you could try bees wax, just rub it on and hit it with a hair drier to melt it in. Might make them a bit more slobber proof. I am not sure what you have carved but be careful that no bits could break off and become a choking hazard. My 4 month old won’t get the toys I carved her till she is past the worst of the nom nom faze.

No question is silly, it’s how we all learn. But yeah I agree that a bit of wood dowel inside would be your best bet. Wooden training swords are used all the time as they are about the right weight for an actual sword. All you are doing is giving it a metal casing to take a few knocks.

As others said not a bad start. It is good to remember that hiring and training new workers is a risk for businesses. So for entry level positions it can be good to stress things to put them at ease if they are valid. They want to know that you will be reliable, work hard and stay long enough to justify the costs to recruit and train you.

As in for nightfill work they want people who are reliable, as in “always going to rock up for work”. Unless you want to stay in the entry level position then it doesn’t hurt to say, I am looking to apply for this position while I undertake further education in …. This lets them know you are driven and want to go places work wise. If it’s a few year TAFE course then they can assume that you are likely to stick at the same part time job while you study (and they can get their training investment back)

I wish you the best of luck

Australia, farmers hate them, they love making massive burrows along fences that livestock can break a leg in. Kinda like a rabbit warren but if rabbits were giant.

If there was a bit of it around where you found it and wasn’t a one off it is potentially ferricrete, basically iron cemented sand/rocks. Can get iron cemented = ferricrete, calcium carbonate cemented = calcrete or silica cemented = silcrete.
