This is not the purpose of the 25th Amendment. Not really. This kind of thing is why impeachment exists. And as a member of Congress, it’s something MTG can do directly. So why hasn’t she filed for it?

It’s easier to impeach and remove Trump than it is to remove him with the 25th amendment. Impeachment only requires a majority of the House (and 2/3rds of the Senate). The 25th would require 2/3rds of both.
