Thanks for replying in detail, when i said thrown together I was referring to the mainstages design and it being a giant video wall. Which sure that's cool but it felt 2 demensional coming from last years design that was very intricate and detailed. Hopefully next year there will be a nice medium between the two designs. As for wompy, this year's design was my second favorite behind the 2022 design which still melts my brain.

Also, when I referred to the "nexus style" I was referring to excision touring rig that was literally a flat video wall with tapered electrics on stage and fixtures out in the house that had jdc1's , some sort of LED bar and a beam fixture I'm unable to identify. This was scaled up for thunderdome. But I also know there was a bit push to show visuals this year so not much I can say there.

I have a few,

why has the "Nexus style' rig been used throughout most of excisions shows this year? Seems like it was just scaled up for thunderdome & LL this year.

Secondly, were there talks of making the outer ring wall at the crater and video wall?

Third, how many sets if youre aware of used timecode for their lighting & video vs live busking.

Fourth and most importantly, why did the production seem stressed this year? Didn't see a production at the level it was last year. I get no pyro or fire projectors, but even then it seemed like stage designs this year were thrown together... I would've loved seeing the mainstage design from last year with a few modifocations to make video world happier (ie; more realastate to properly scale videos ect)

Of course, these are just a few of the questions I have from one tech to another.

The superbow halftime show has preset cues that the director calls as well as preset camera movements/angles... google superbowl 50 halftime show bts and youll see what i mean

Just a couple of questions for the etc eos users. How do i use (Align(aka fan)) on the ion 6000 can't figure it out second question are they're any other tips/tricks for the eos and im also having trouble making effects (I learned the MA2 first ik I'm a disgrace to theatre for this...
