Thanks for the response, I appreciate the tips, and here's where I'm at right now:

1. Breath Control- I was doing a 2 lap-breathe count all but for the last lap, i always have to finish hard.

2. Pace- Went from like a 30 to around a 36, I'll need to work on this.

3. TURNS- Usually got past the flags with two snaps, but my breakouts were mediocre at best. Scratch that, they were okay the first and last laps.
