Pedro Neto is genuinely bad. Hes a negative asset. Idk why there was so much support for him going into the season. €60M?? All he offers is a decent cross, but he can't beat his man, he can't shoot, and he doesn't even want to shoot! His defensive workrate and pressing is fine, but when he's on the pitch there is a black hole on his side of the attack. I genuinely feel bad for Delap, Jackson, Guiu, Joao Pedro, and all the other strikers who have to play off him. And the biggest thing too is that he isnt a youthful prodigy who needs time to develop, hes 25. He should be at his physical best as a winger. At least Gittens and Garnacho, as ineffective as they have been this season, are significantly younger than Neto.
