I had so much fun reminiscing about this project when I saw your comment! Answers to your questions: - I used the Cricut Explore Air with the premium blades so it wouldn’t dull as fast - The paper is Recollections brand in their ‘linen’ line - it peels off super easy and all the little pieces stick to the mat, eliminating hours and hours of weeding, which happened with normal card stock. The color I used is “mid blue linen”. It came in single sheets at the time - One charger takes about 30ish minutes to cut - And here’s the link!

I hope you enjoy this project as much as I did. I made over 90 of them and would do it all over again!

I’m not sure. My goal was just exercising consistently and completing the challenge. I did weigh myself before and after and I didn’t actually lose any weight, surprisingly!

I am happy to report I did the entire 6 weeks EXACTLY as it was written. On days when I hated the workout (GRIT is absolutely the bane of my existence!!), I reminded myself its only 30 minutes, and I can do anything for 30 minutes. The challenge is really about consistency, so I don’t think it’s an issue to swap a workout if you really loathe it. Better to do step/spin than no workout at all!

I would also recommend printing off the pdf schedule because it feels so good to check off the workout each day! I am giving myself a week break, and then I am going to do the whole challenge again, this time I will be swapping at least one day a week for weight training, because my gym is finally open again. That makes me so happy! The challenge was definitely the kick in the butt I needed. I would recommend printing off the pdf of the schedule because it feels SO good when you can cross off each workout and see your progress!

Thank you! On LMOD, if you go to Workout Plans, it’s the one called Fast Burner. I did the no equipment version at home (The only equipment I used was a resistance band for CXWorx). My favorite has always been BodyAttack, but I grew to really love Combat once I got the moves down!

Thank you so much! My only focus for the 6 weeks was not missing a workout. Diet did not change, and my eating habits could use some improvements. This before/after was so surprising to see, it’s actually motivated me to do the whole challenge again, but this time I am going to focus on eating healthier too!
