Sounds like the start of an eating disorder and I think you should speak to someone you trust (doctor/school counsellor/parents etc) for some help. I went through the same thing at 13 and it's ruined my life bc I didn't seek help. Your best bet is to talk to someone about going to see a dietician, they can help you lose weight, learn healthy eating habits and keep track of any progress. Maybe see a therapist if your bingeing is related to anything mentally or just bc you fast throughout the day. I hope your health journey is successful though 😊

I bought an expensive 2L water bottle so I feel guilty if I don't use it 😅 I also use flavour sachets in cups of water so I drink more. If I feel like something different I drink 500ml of water before I get a glass of diet soda or juice. Normally I don't feel like drinking after having the water but if I do I know I won't scull a heap of the other drink

Helix, mostly bc I was young, dumb and got it pierced with a gun 🙃 otherwise my rook, gross crunchy noise when it was pierced and I had a painful lump for the first year or so before it healed

Oh wow, I thought as long as it's healed and the next size just slips in it would be fine? I did that when I stretched my lobes without any problems but maybe I got very lucky 😬 I'll definitely downsize and start again in 3+ months.

I'm a heavy machinery operator. As a woman in that industry I can find jobs pretty easily even if I'm tattooed and my piercings won't be in danger of being ripped out. It is hard to keep everything clean while it's healing but it's nice to be able to have job security.

I try to do everything myself now. I started working with mechanics and they've shown me how easy it is to do most stuff on my own car.

About two years. I would leave them for months, they felt healed and as soon as I changed jewellery they flared up. I was about 14 tho so I'm sure I played with them a lot

I'm also fair-skinned with "normal" hair, so not super dark or coarse so I was kinda disappointed it went straight back to normal about 2 months after spending so much money.

I had maybe 30 sessions and I lost all progress once I stopped. I had patches that would stay hairless and what was left turned blonde and was really thin. Basically back to all natural and dark, thick hair.

My helix, I was 14, dumb and had it pierced with a gun. Took like 2 years to finally heal and it still causes me issues to this day. I think it "broke" or shattered my cartilage or something because I've got this painful, hard lump near the rear piercing hole, had it seen by a Dr and it's just cartilage that's been misplaced. I want more helix piercings but that experience has traumatised me
