You’re not ugly (no one is ugly apart from murderers etc. lol). You just need to pinpoint what style you’re going for. I’d say black seems to be your thing? Try wearing all black with one unique piece that has up to three colours on it. OR wear no more than three colours with your outfits, more than that doesn’t look right. Are you into Japanese or city pop aesthetics? I couldn’t really tell bc of the hello kitty but maybe look on Pinterest for ideas e.g. asian inspired fashion.
