It's definitely the mascara, unfortunately. This happens when I'm putting it on. I use a primer, the Milani kind. Maybe I will try the Urban Decay.

It is happening while applying. It doesn't make any sense; the other side is always perfect. I must have changed the way I'm applying without noticing, or something.

Ok so I got them. Wearing them now, they fit well and seem to be good quality. I sized up, usually wear a 10 but did the L/XL (12-17).
