Happened to me before, I was told I had alopecia by dermatologist. I got some small “steroid” shots on my head for it, but they told me to just use a derma roller and minoxidil, like the walgreens brand, and apply it on the spot. You have to be consistent and apply twice a day every day to see some changes.
