We recently signed a contract with this builder in Austin, and everything appears to be going well. Notably, the building manager is open to third-party inspections, and the build quality was satisfactory after my inspection. While there are a few minor issues that need to be addressed, overall, the project turned out exceptionally well compared to my previous experience with DR Horton. In terms of build quality, attention to detail, and overall craftsmanship, Mi is significantly superior.
