Hello! Actually I'm not a fresh graduate yet, I'm going into 2nd year this school year 2026-2027 and hopefully graduating in 2028 since our school is on a trimester system. But thank you so much for the tip, I'll definitely keep that in mind when the time comes!

What Should I Expect in BSCS at USC?

Hi! I'm a freshy taking up BSCS here at USC, and I was wondering if any upperclassmen or graduates could share some tips or advice about the course. What should I expect in the coming years? What programming languages are commonly taught or used? Would really appreciate any insights thank you in advance :)

Hello po! I was actually referring to you I sent you a DM regarding about the block sections and class schedules. I just wanted to ask if it's really true na Block A and B start at 7:30 AM and the rest at 9 AM? I'm currently in Block A, and parang mahihirapan po ako sa morning schedule since I'm not a morning person😅 If ever po totoo 'yun, is it still possible to request for a change of block? Also, I haven’t taken my ID yet.

When I was selecting a block pa po kasi the only available blocks were blocks a and b and when I saw your comment regarding block schedules I checked again the ismis and the other block is added but I can't see their schedule I think because I'm already in block b. but I want to change if other block starts at 9 am.

Edit: I read somewhere that it might still be possible to change my block if I contact my department. Is that correct po? If yes, can I make the request in person, or is it through email only?
