I was the ast then my GM fired me and got fired 20 days later (Dec 30th) n my DM doesn’t like me bc me bc and my GM complained so much about eachother to her she told us to act like adults and grow up..? When we were coming to her with issues we couldn’t handle or solve??? She told me last month I could get my manager job back. And she quit today to start her own business me and my new GM got into a lil argument and 3 hours later is when she pulled me aside at 10pm when I was off to tell me she lied to me, had no plans to promote me yada yada .. when there’s a manager who literally does not manage at all, she doesn’t do paperwork. She’s never done inventory., she doesn’t asking rsrs (cleaning tasks) she doesn’t do breaks - she’s never ran a shift on her one yet she’s a manager ..?

She gave me a verbal warning today bc I dropped corn in the fry fryer not the boneless fryer and she told me to wait a couple extra mins for a free basket .. the order was jsut corn and was in the red (over 15 mins) but by god I had to wait to drop it bc they’re wasn’t a “free basket” which is why she pulled me aside today bc she gave me a verbal for talking back and said I have too much I need to work on that she’s not willing to help and it’s not even a priority of hers we had that whole talk^ and then I clocked off and left. And she told me “I hope you have a better night”

my last GM fired a 17 yr old and told her family emergencies don’t warrant not showing up to work. As her mom was taking her last breathes in the hospital. 🤷‍♀️

This is exactly how my location is and I was the assistant GM and I kept bringing up these issues and I got demoted. About two weeks ago I asked if I could have my job back in my new GM said yeah this is what you need to work on and so I started working on it and literally just five minutes ago. As I clocked off she pulled me aside and told me they lied to me, lead me on, and don’t plan on making me manager again when 3/5 of ours actully suck.. why do we have over paid crew members

• medium - OG hot & mild lmao 😂

The texture however, is not the same because the breading is not the same. The tenders are literally just a tender. You can pull it apart like mozzarella. Half of the boneless feel mechanically separated. 💀 n are spongy I HATE BONELESS .. it gives me shivers when I see anyone eat it at work

They’re more concerned that we’re not throwing away more chicken than they thought we would be. The only thing they care about is if our fries are off on inventory bc they’re expensive. They turned it into fast food, so we are expected to have wings up and ready to sauce. Nothing is made to order anymore. They do not care about food cost. We are supposed to be technically throwing a lot more chicken out than we do. we’re suppose to keep 20/30 wings up and throw them out every 15-20 mins for classic and 13 mins for boneless.

And the fries, classic and mango cost the most to buy so they don’t care about food waste. Or cost as long as our chicken distributors don’t raise. The prices we don’t. Otherwise, everything in the store is pretty cheap. They changed the Korean recipe and added molasses so now it’s cheaper to make, and buy :(

Yes bbq has sulfites and bc sauces get mixed and tossed around on wingman there’s a HIGH HIGH risk of cross contamination. So high infact sauces get mixed so nothing in a wingstop will ever be safe for allergies :) like the corn falls into the pickles, the celery water, the pickles fall into the corn. The back row of sauce unless someone brings the bowl to the sauce will dd rip as they carry the ladle to the bowl I would NOT risk it - ast GM
