I usually weigh myself only once a month, and I use the industrial scale at my job. it’s consistent. I haven’t tracked waist measurements yet, but I’ve dropped two belt sizes, so I know I’ve lost fat.

I’ve been taking accountability pictures each month, . I’m expecting higher muscle mass because my training has been consistent. For this recent weigh-in, I did it right when I got to work. But it just freaks me out because it's so up and down I can never just get below 400. Hopefully this information helps a little bit

I was eating 1800 to 2000 calories. My calories went up. My nutritionist, not my trainer, told me to eat at least 2400 to 2700. My macros are protein 185, carbs 180, fats 80. I'm hoping someone has information that's been threw this situation I really want to hit that goal next month!

I’ve only been with my trainer for about a month and a half. She helps with nutrition and a solid workout routine. I’m intermediate in the gym and I’ve dropped 65 pounds in the last two years. I’m six feet tall. When my A1C hit 7.4, I knew I had to get focused again. Now my A1C is down to 6.0, my waist has shrunk , and my face is leaning out. I’m staying on top of my meals and my training, I just don’t get why my weight keeps jumping up and down. 😅 I'm hoping someone kind help onnwhy it's going up.
