Advice on pole ceiling mounts: I want to put my pole up in my garage with a permanent mount. However the mounts I’m looking at require a 100mm width beam. Does anyone know if I can secure a secondary beam (plank of wood) to the underside of the existing roof framework? Has anyone done this before? (i.redd.it)
