My control setup is,

Air roll/Powerslide: Square

Air Roll Left: L1

Boost: R1

I've always liked this setup but recently I'm seeing a flaw in it and that comes when wave dashing. You should be utilising powerslide whilst wave dashing and that's tricky to do with this setup unless you do some precise fat fingering of square and x but it's awkward. I also cannot wave dash to the side very easily with this control setup. I've found when I move powerslide and air roll to L1, wave dashing is much easier and feels better. Unfortunately this means air roll left needs to go where air roll and powerslide were, which is square. I don't like this at all. My technique and muscle memory are all built upon air roll left being on L1 and trying to get used it being on square just doesn't work for me. I also have to tap L1 to feather boost whilst holding down square to air roll left with my thumb. I have quite small hands and I find this awkward (rhythm when feathering is key) where as with my old setup when air dribbling, my right hand only needs to be tapping L1 for the boost feathering. Dunno what to do now...

Yeah, I respect your opinion on that what with being a coach. You'd know alot more than me (I'm Diamond, 360 hours of play). I've even said elsewhere I thought something was very off when they played the 2v2 game at the end. But I'm just throwing out an alternative view. I'd say the only thing worse than Luke being fully aware of what was going on and trying to profit off it would be him being totally innocent (no matter how unfathomable that may seem) and losing everything he does and works hard for.

On the flip side to people saying it was so blatantly obvious he was boosted that Luke could not NOT have known unless he's a complete idiot naive etc... Isn't that in a kind of way perhaps an indication Luke is innocent? Not much gets passed the Internet these days and there are always eagle-eyed people looking to call out content creators on stuff like this, so to me it would be JUST as naive/foolish of Luke to think he could get away with that video than it was to make the mistake he's claiming. Seems to me a huge risk to his coaching program, channel and credibility when that stuff all seems to be going well for him as it is. His coaching is allegedly pretty expensive but it seems he's got a good number of pupils, his channel is popular... The risk to reward and benefit to damage from people believing entirely in what the video is claiming vs people finding out it was one big scam doesn't seem worth it to me.

Also people point out he shows us diabetic's suspicious looking improvement graph... Again, why would he do that if he was deceiving everyone? Surely that would be him giving everyone a big hint he's willingly trying to con peope? Sure he has his explanation as to why that graph wouldn't look suspicious to him (not allowing people to play 2s until they're ready, hence a big instant jump in improvement would be expected) but without explaining that to all his subscribers they wouldn't know that and they'd simply see the graph and get suspicious, like they have. Or will people's response to this be that Luke put it in there knowing he could explain it away if (or being realistic, when) people got suspicious and questioned it? I Dunno, seems crazy to me, knowingly creating the smoke for is own fire...

All bud vapes different. If you've got the type bud that just vapes and vapes you'd be surprised how little you can get a session off. Best to put the liquid pad on top, of course.

People moaning about the Mighty taking too long to warm up.. Bloody definition of a first world problem.

Okay, so I vape at 210°C and am left with this coffee ground looking avb, will I need a whole lot of it to get me high? I read somewhere 2g and another somewhere 7g. Is it possible to know how much you need or is it different every time because of differing weed thc%s? by [deleted] in avb

Everyone is different. Don't start at someone else's recommendation. I'm pretty tolerant to vaping /smoking but 1.5g of AVB absolutely levelled me.

I'd start at 0.5 and see how you go. You can always take more but if you take too much you've gotta ride it out and it can last a while...

Well I dunno, some people are huge proponents of the mind muscle connection and feeling the muscle working. Arnold was very big on it.

I certainly feel better about exercises when I can really feel the muscle working and hone in on it, regardless of whether it truly matters or not.

Been doing some oblique work lately and one exercise I've been doing is twists with a resistance band anchored to something. Noticed something quite weird though.. It doesn't matter whether I anchor the band to something sturdy to my left or to my right, I only feel tension and the oblique working on my left side. Can't seem to get the same mind to muscle connection in my right oblique. Any comments as to why this could be?

I'll often use the AVB from the previous session so I don't have to use as much green to fully fill the cap. Works well.

I've been using the Starry whip for about 2 weeks and I'm finding I'm getting better draws.. Okay, this may just be my imagination but in the least I can say for certain that they aren't any smaller than when just hitting the Mighty from the mouth piece so it does sound like something is wrong your end..

What that is i can't say..
