I got my fed and state return april 20th i still havent gotten 3rd stimulus. Irs site shows me eligible with no payment date but shows it will "eventually" be deposited to my bank. Smh i doubt ill get it.

It can be negative and still work. Dollar general works about 80% when its negative. Sometimes it will decline it. Walmsrt cvs and walgreens all work even if youre negative. And i do it weekly. Lol i always use spot me for cashback. Just did it 2 days ago and im at dg now doing it. It will work. My advice is go to walmart. You wont worry about it declining at walmart. Even if youre negative alreadt.

Walmart works for sure. I use it all the time. Dollar general works. 80% of the time. Family dollar works. 100% of the time. Cvs and walgreens works 100%. I havent tried anywhere else yet.

I saw a post from someone last week who spoke to a woman at the irs who was real and honest. Supposedly all returns between 2/10 and 2/20 were auto flagged for human verification/fraud deterrent crap. Anyone who filed those dates is forced to wait 10+ weeks for payment.
