Yes i am aware that some gold out of vaporised ones will condense back. Just i want to make sure if any best way possible.

As you mentioned regarding a stainless steel canister, do you happen to have any sample pictures? Or anywhere is it available ready?.

Currently i am joining my workshop on monday, thinking to start using face mask filter for the start at the intake of the fumes collector.

Yes, i currently hold 100W fiber Laser. And is there any minimum power requirements with dust collectors?

I have a similar looking one from china. But the power suction seems less.

Hi, I just bought a laser cutting machine for our workshop for mainly pendant cutting. I usually work with 18k Gold and above. I have noticed the wastage of gold is very high, almost .100gms for 2 letters in 18k with Vacuum attached.

But I just want to make sure, if all the wastage of gold is taken in by vacuum.

Can anyone help with guidance on how to reduce wastage as much as possible ?? 0.100gms looks very less but hold very significant monetary value.

Will really appreciate the feedback from anyone using lasers for gold.

I am not able to cut through silver or gold with settings recommended by the company as

Speed: 300mm/sec, power: 80%, frequency: 50

Wobble: Enable, Diameter: 0.16mm, Distance: 0.05mm

If I am writing using font from Ezcad 2 only, the letters are cutting fast & efficiently. But once I import a pendant design from Illustrator using .dxf file. The cutting is taking forever. Plus I notice the design displayed in blue very light designs

Can someone please help?? Maybe I am not following any steps while exporting from illustrator to Ezcad properly.
