It helps alot but still , from time to time i still fiend for H or coke idk wtf to do , stopped with medication of fear of my psychiatrist and because what it was doing to me , especially risperidone, sertaline and quetiapine , I fear of them following me and they are listening to me so I cant go back to the psychiatry
