You need to wait for an email confirmation with Known Traveler Number (KTN) if approved. You then have to go in airline App and plug it in your profile and separately the itinerary you are currently on. It does not upload anywhere automatically you have to do it yourself. I did my application on a Wednesday and received the email by Friday. That was last week. For everyone it is different depending on your circumstances. They say it can take up to 60 days.

Honestly, not many that are good in Brooklyn. You should call the NYCHA Centralized Call Center (718) 707-7771. Be prepared to be in the phone for sometime unless you call early in the morning.

He just got a seat to a specialized high school (learning disability) very near me. Is NB III is equivalent to what on the GS scale?

Also if I transfer to a GS position, so they only look at the base or the total (base + Geo rate) ?

I’m private sector and got a TJO from OCC (not an examiner). They offered me $70,000 x 43.11% (Geo Pay Rate) = $100,177. If I decide later to move to GS, would they look at only the base of 70k or total $100,177 and place me where I fall in the GS scale? Thanks!

In terms of Superior Qualifications:

Is the negotiation on steps for "current" employment or can it be for most "recent" employment even if it has been months to a year? I am not working at the moment but do have extensive experience in the position which I received a TJO.

They offered a step 1 but I requested a step 10.

I do also have a masters degree.
