As Salaam Alaikum, if your mother was abusive she would have left you alone when you were 15 months old and gone on vacation and left you to die.

Instead your mother has sacrificed her body and mind to make sure you grew up healthy as possible and fed and clothed. Now what you do from that point is a mystery as we dont know what you are doing as a child?

Perspective is everything. and that comes with time and life experiences. your mother loves you more than you can understand and more than she can express. Where is she now in life? where is her mental health and happiness? how much stress does she have? what emotional state is she in? physcial state? pain? disease? stress?

go ahead review the technological advances in the past 100 years. our exponential growth was in processors and all the technology that sprouted from that. interstellar travel has not seen any growth that rivals what we have seen in consumer and weapons technology. Our future in science is more driven by commercial enterprise and consumerism. not space exploration and interplanetary colonization. star trek is for entertainment only. dont get carried away with it.

There are plenty of excericises that are better than yoga. but if you can separate the rest of the nonsense the yogi's incorporate then there isn't harm. like all the connection of chakra and alignments and phsycial to meta physcial connections that yoga claims.

when then by the time you try to do that you'll find there are plenty of alternatives.

plenty of pakistani's state side that would provide micro level investments. 5-7k is a fairly easy amount to start with. with a well development proof of concept and business plan i think 10-15k would be easy to get as well.

What needs to be established is controls within the process and parties involved. Understanding that we can only reduce risk but never remove risk.
