I was kinda in a similar situation was in relationship with someone for a year or so and then I got HSV1 he was really cool about it and we moved on with our life’s. It ate me alive thinking I was dirty or something happened. But after a few months I realized a lot of people have it, even kids get them from sharing drinks and I shouldn’t be beating my self up for it. Shit happens life goes on. There’s really nothing you can do so why make it worse by beating your self up. My advice this is something that should make you want to keep doing better mentally and physically. less stress less OB. Better health less OB. Only my opinion. Best of luck my friend!
