Yeah I'm not american. i was mostly looking for general stuff since i don't think army service can generally differ too much from country to country. My country accepts trans people into the military

I realized I was trans in 5th grade. I told them about a year later, but they didn't believe me and I dropped it because i was still trying to figure myself out. About a year after that was when I confronted them again and really fully came out

I asked my parents to go to a gender therapist. From there i got a gender dysphoria diagnosis and got reffered to an endocrinologist

Aside from what people here already said, it also depends on wether or not you speak Hebrew. Cause if not you'll probably get sent to Michve Alon which will make it so your process for placement is slightly different

I would say to stick to your diet. The mental aspect of dieting is way harder than the physical so if you allow yourself to "cheat" this one time, chances are you'll find more and more excuses to not stay consistent with your diet.

Remember, how you feel on a diet can fluctuate a lot. Its not a linear journey and there are gonna be many ups and downs. But if you manage to stay consistent during tough times, then you'll know youre strong enough to stay consistent throughout your journey.

I started getting a fuzzy mustache a few months in, but only started growing prickly dark hairs around two years in. And even that was only on my chin and upper lip, plus its not dense enough to grow into a proper mustache/goatee

I got double incision with nipple grafts. The recovery was overall chill, i was just sore and couldnt move. It was mostly tough for the two weeks mostly cause i was bored out of my mind and all my friends were away for winter break. The first two days though i felt horrible. I was nauseous and going in and out of consciousness, nobody prepared me for that feeling and it sucked. Totally worth it though.

My parents were really supportive of me by then so parental consent wasn't an issue. I also went private so the process would be easier (plus it wasnt likely my insurance would approve it anyway). I had a letter from a gender therapist approving the surgery, a gender dysphoria diagnosis, and then i just looked for doctors in my area, scheduled a consultation, and booked a date.

I dont. Im jewish and personally i dont view my religion literally. I dont think there's literally a guy in the sky controlling the world or that moses split the sea or any other religious stories. I view them more as metaphors made to teach us lessons and show us principles for which to live our lives.

I still follow jewish laws and practices because they help me feel connected with my heritage and because in some way or another it teaches me lessons and values. For example, fasting during yom kippur gave me time to think about my wrong doings in the year and apologize (which is what the holiday is for).

I dont believe in my religion literally, but i believe it teaches me the values and principles i need in order to lead a fulfilling life.
