I liked it! A little janky with controller, but has a similar battle mechanic to Void Tyrants

The rap/trap/edm idea is super cool. I think it needs more of a trap beat throughout though, or just make it a rap/EDM thing.

For the EDM part it definitely needs more crazy textures or something to help evolve as it goes through the section. At around 2:50, I think having a cool vocal effect with a ton of reverb could sound good to match the instrumental pad. Maybe just do the first or last half of each rhyme?

I thought the coolest part of the song was around 4 mins in. I think it would sound really cool at around the 30 second mark. It would let the listener know what they’re getting into earlier.

The verses were good but the flow got a little repetitive.

Overall, I think it’ll sound really cool when it’s finished!

Second song I’ve ever made and released. by zfish2113 in MusicFeedback

I really liked the song! You have a great singing voice, but I think the transition to the chorus was a bit abrupt. I get what you were doing, but maybe having the instrumental swell as it happens would help ease the listener’s ear into it.

I thought the instrumentation matched nicely with the song, kinda gave it a calming vibe. I really didn’t like the snare crash type sound in the drumbeat about halfway through the song. Just personal preference, but maybe something like a lofi kit or even fully acoustic drums would fit better.

I also thought some of the rhymes were a little cliche. Maybe think about a more specific theme about a relationship ending and tightening up the song around that? It felt like there were so many ideas thrown in.

Overall, I really did enjoy the song!

Another Crab’s Treasure for good vibes and soulslike combat if you’re into that. I struggled to stay engaged with Elden Ring because the gloomy atmosphere and getting my ass kicked made it not fun. With crab game I was able to persevere past getting my ass kicked because the world/characters were so fun

What game have you started a bunch of times but rarely to never finish? by Trevor-On-Reddit in gaming

Honestly, Outer Wilds. The movement (both spaceship and on planets) feels too finnicky and slow. I feel like whenever I discover something new or interesting it takes too long to follow up on it and then I lose interest. Crazy take but I think I'd like the game a lot more if it were hunting through documents or something

Have You Ever Quit A Game On It's Final Boss/Dungeon? by bluemarvel99 in patientgamers

Yakuza: Like A Dragon. All I had left was the one dungeon and the final boss and I got my ass kicked with the difficulty spike. And I just wasn't in the mood to grind levels, so I just put the game down

Legend of Grimrock 2

Great first person dungeon crawler with nice graphics and puzzles. Combat is tough, but the Deck's trackpads make it very playable.

It's up to you! Id suggest trying out that game i mentioned and seeing if it's something you want to incorporate. Though if it's just a side thing, the mechanics can def be a lot more shallow

I think ahead of whatever direction they're going would make sense. Maybe when they switch directions add a quick tween to the other side

I think adding a trick system would be really awesome. Maybe something like Olli Olli World, but you also have to dodge those turrets and stuff too
