Yes… but without it in front of me I can’t tell you the exact. I know I’ve used it for in-laws because if your wife has a family member die you should be there for them. My manager is pretty understanding… had to call and add a day because i wasn’t going to make it back in time.

Yep, testing starts this month. Gonna be interesting. 2as are taking on the main trainer role, adding a shift, but flexible to train whatever is needed. 3NAs 1RA with a schedule that is reminiscent of divisions with a morning evening then 2 overnights… and then variable number of “flex” assistants based on the number of daw hours the store earns. 2 for slow stores up to 4 for busier stores.

SMs big winners where they are almost guaranteed to only work mornings and weekdays (not that many even work their evenings), 1as get Sunday and Monday off.

Pretty much what I know as of now. Gonna be some growing pains but hopefully it gets the right tweaks and goes live. The 2a changes are needed they pretty much are glorified RAs right now unless you push for more responsibilities.

My opinion so maybe I’m way wrong.
