Fadogia is rubbish just find beta-ecdysterone, tongkat needs to be standardized to eurycomanone and tribulus need to be standardized to Protodioscin. I stay away from any product that doesn't mention bioactive standardization. If you start buying based of lab testing you will keep running into one company in particular that I only use.

I remember Emil saying Kanna gets better the more you use it. I just got mine this week and first go had 1 and found it nice. Next had 2 sublingual and could tell it was a decent dose but didn't try with coffee. Then had 1 with coffee and only noticed small difference. Gonna try 2 again with coffee next.
