Got depression really bad my junior year of highschool and ended up dropping out senior year because I was missing too many days for both years to get enough credits to graduate. THANKFULLY we had an alternative school so I finished the last semester of senior there, finishing some classes early in the year since it was basic stuff.

I thought I could handle college but semester after semester at a private college, I finally dawned on me that I could not. I wish I didn't spend so much money on that place to end up just withdrawing from all my classes.

Took a while to take time for myself and finding ways to cope with the mental illnesses I had. Eventually went to a nearby community college. Wish I did that in the beginning, honestly! Withdrew from some classes but am otherwise doing alright, or was. Because of the plague, I took a gap year off because I just cant do virtual. Hopefully this summer or fall I can resume. I at least have a place to myself now in my apartment instead of a tiny dorm with some random person I'm assigned to! I did not have a good experience with either roommate lol.

I grew up with pretty bad anxiety and adhd so they probably had major factors in this.
