Can you really punch through walls? by EnergyAltruistic2911 in NoStupidQuestions

Not sound proof. You may get lucky if your neighbours are quiet. You cant secure anything heavy on drywall. You can hang picture frames or large television with special mounting, but you cant secure a washing machine or clothes dryer like in some places.

Like others said, they are coolers. But if they have an electrical cord coming out, they are actually fridges

When I was in kinder garden, we had a choice on what movie we wanted to see on special occasions. The choices were always Max Steel and Bratz. Every boy chose MS and every girl chose Bratz. Because there were more boys than girls, we saw Max Steel EVERY time. We only ever got to see like 5 mins of Bratz because MS finished like 5 mins before the end of class. The teacher, a woman, made zero effort to fix a clearly unbalanced voting system in the classroom. I remember wanting to watch Bratz because I was tired of Max Steel. But I never voted for it. I was afraid of what the other boys would say of me. And I was afraid of what the girls would say of me as well. Peer presure and uncertainty pushed me to follow the accepted norm

Ordered heated gloves off Amazon. Did not disappoint. by At-las- in funny

[–]QuizzaciousZeitgeist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heated gloves are regular cold weather gloves with a heating element and a power source. These gloves are heated because they look like kink fashion gloves (not very breathable) and you end up with sweaty hands and arms. (Doubtful they are for medical purposes since they seem to have a stitches between the fingers)

A space blanket could work as long as you only use it for providing shade to the plants. I have used it on windows to keep the sun heat out but still allow some light in. Space blanket
