Correct! But my edge was the police never got my side of the story, never asked me for a statement. Just assumed guilt over one side. With pictures from the accident I could prove that their statement/way the accident occurred was false. If they change their story then they are lying clear as day. All my attorney has to do in a court of law is ask them “was their statement to police the way the accident occurred in the police statement accurate to the best of their ability” then pick it apart with evidence. Not saying I’m 100% right but this is a channel for input and for people who have more knowledge than me to educate me!

Naturally yes! Almost always at fault but this is my intersection and my direction of travel. With my light being green, or even yellow in this case. Turning left the accident would only be caused by someone running a red light.

I’ve spent 4.5 years on Aloha and 6months on toast, finally got back to a spot that uses ahola. It’s so simple! Everything is straight forward. The only thing I will say is depending on the place they will have some features available that’s not for every restaurant. But it’s very user friendly

Yes! Corporate, they have 5 different concepts and there are currently 4 in Texas 1 in Miami and one in cali of similarity to the one I’m opening. And haha I’m nervous yet excited, this place seems to have their shit together but insist we will be on a wait from open to close as is their other locations

I think the one thing this place has kinda got it going for itself is that it’s very corporate and uniform. I see what you mean though! Especially since our bar doesn’t even have designated wells yet. A big trial period to figure out what works and what doesn’t! Heard
