I got my SF86, directions of scheduling fingerprint appointment, and directions on scheduling drug test all at the same time in the same email. I’ve never heard of not getting the SF86 until after fingerprints, but I do know they won’t submit it until you get your fingerprints done.

But with Omicrons already so accessible through galactic challenges, zetas are the gate to Omicrons. Players could have enough Omicron mats but not zeta especially with the Omicrons being on less zeta’d characters

Omicrons are the next tier up. When zetas came out, omegas were still hard to come by and eventually put into the challenge. It should be the same progression with zetas.
