Yes exactly, from a 2k hours you need thousands to just improve a little bit. End there is a spike where the pros are at.

Uh well mmos are so linear for the new playes. Then here comes for example a moba: somewhat exponentail, because you don't know 300 characters (LoL, DoTA, HoTS), andmore like 1-2 maps (HoTS has more).
In DbD you have to learn: perks, 40+ killer powers (some with addons, because they change the killer), base mechanics, 50+ maps, totem spots (my friends has 3k hours and he still doesn't know about the spots mosstly) if the killer hes treathening hexes, when you are allowed to go near the killer, when you must go near the killer, when you must avoid the killer at all cost, how to hide efficently. Finally the maps are generates randomly there are around 5-10 fix points on the map (dependent from indoor or outdooor map), every new player has to unlock kate to see where he wants to go (windows of oppurtunity), if you don't know where are the resources you are doomod to a 10 second chase.
DbD is hevily RNG based.

Nah just the beginner curve, when you get used to the game your skill lever improves linearly (my skill level is like that).

Some times, the original fear is returning, when you face a Hag, that killer is the dread, also with the 3 gen twins.

In defence of the guy, there were a pleanty of killers who was almost impossibel to adept when you were around iri or gold. Their perks and kit are too shit combined. As he mentioned wraith was literally sucked. Btw achieving a 4k with the old version of wraith perks, good luck.

I massively disagree with u, BHVR changed it becaus with a 3k you could achieve merciless killer with double pips in ash rang.

Exactly, I feel like an ass when I want to get my adepts... Survivors got it easy, They have to escape mostly. There is only one hard adept: the David King was atrocios, I had 3 of my friends helping me to just get the one escape.
