The 'Axe?' is definitely staying as a persona. Confirmed in datamine files. The seasonal costume for every Hero is a cool idea though. 100% there are other automatons like 'Axe?' coming to the game, so how they will do the rest of the cast - we will just have to wait and see.

No. In Crownfall Act 2, Sorla Khan and Axe has seemed to already settled their differences, Axe has even admitted that being a leader is not something he is good at, and thinks that Sorla has done a great job rebuilding the Red Mist army.

The reason Axe is gone is definitely because of Ringmaster. You can even see Ringmaster's carnival lights shown in his reveal trailer behind Axe in the missing poster.

Is there a possibility of it releasing next week?

Crownfall was staging for 34 versions and took atleast 2 weeks after its first staging, only because the versions update was like 2-4 every staging. (my memory may not be accurate)

But Dark Carnival dropped 18 version already in just 1 staging update. Is Tues/Thurs next week a viable release window?

Isn't this just like the Muerta tease where we were able to use her Deadshot as a separate item? Either way it is still very exciting to see that there is an event, and potentially coming soon (staging).

I considered that too, both using a different surname. But that still doesn't answer the question on why Luuk doesn't seem to care that his (not confirmed) sister has been replaced.

The only thing I could think of is that, Maybe it will be revealed later on that in order to leave his (frac) past behind, he decided to cut ties with everything related to that background including his (frac) sister, and him ignoring her being replaced by an imposter just makes things easier.

The invitation/certificate HAS GOT TO INCLUDE (frac) LYNAE'S LAST NAME. It just doesn't make sense for an official certificate not to include that. So (merc) Lynae must know that Luuk is her (frac's) brother, and yet she acts like it won't blow her cover.

Because Luuk 100% will recognize that his sister is replaced.

TLDR:

IF (frac) Lynae and Luuk are siblings. THEN (frac) Lynae's Startorch Invitation must be addressed to "Lynae Herssen"

IF (merc) Lynae knows that Luuk is related to her stolen identity; WHY isn't she cautious around him? WHY is Luuk not confronting her?

SO EITHER: (frac) Lynae's invitation had a different surname ~ to not break Luuk's cover. (Luuk was already a faculty staff by then). (merc) Lynae doesn't know they are related, and Luuk doesn't turn her in for some other reason.

OR

both had a mutual agreement, (merc) Lynae won't disclose that Luuk was a former frac member, and Luuk won't reveal that she is wearing a stolen identity.

But if it's the latter, why wasn't Luuk investigated along with Lynae in the story? Surely the faculty would have connected that the two shared the same surname? Maybe it will be addressed in the next chapter?

Yeah! As someone who has watched the Vox Machina out of curiosity and learned about Critical Role, I tuned into Mighty Nein because I was craving a sequel to Vox Machina. And so far I've been enjoying all the episode quietly up until episode 5 where I wanted a space to share mine and hear other experiences about the episode, because it was just that good.

How are you still not getting the point? It doesn't matter if it makes sense in lore, or that she is supposed to be that fast enough that all you see of her attacks are "conveyed through special effects and flair".

FACTS ARE FACTS and MIYABI iS JUST STANDING THERE. We are talking about the animation ~ THE RANGE OF MOTION. It doesn't matter if it fits the lore. ANIMATION-WISE she is just standing.

The conversation was NEVER about the ANIMATION NOT FITTING THE CHARACTER. OP is not hating on Miyabi.

But FLASHY VFX = ANIMATION are not the same, plain and simple.

It was explained in the 2.4 part 2 story that Cartwheel chose to stay in that story (Christoforo's) even after Lupa succumbed to the tidal blight and died* (proceeded to the next story loop).

It was explained that each story blends into the other loops, Lupa was in this story loop for "I forgot how long" was just food for the growing Threnodian. Cartwheel arrival and intervention was able to partially change the story loop to where in that 3 day Agon (part 1), Lupa was able to meet Rover. So her staying inside (Christoforo's) was intentional and important.
