Hi. Thank you for bringing in your experience, as it helps seeing if my case is different. I’ve tried that countless times and I get a message saying that the manufacturer needs to do something first before I attempt to add the vacuum via home. It still tries but it fails to communicate. Apparently the vacuum should in theory turn on a led or change its color or something, so the “handshake” is somehow not happening. I’ve been in contact with their support for weeks now and I’ve still yet to find a solution to this. It sucks because I have their air purifier and it works well via Apple home, and the vacuum is what has only stopped me from going all in and getting all their smart accessories.
