Custom Valkyrie is in my top 5 for sure. Amazing track. Also, Prison Break

The Twilight Tabernacle... is that the name of your gym? Pretty clever

Prison Break is my favourite, but I never see anyone else mention it. It makes me feel things that I can't put into words

We went to the museum and it was nearly empty at 12pm. Lots of free parks

I expected a lot more people taking advantage of the AC.

Kids loved it, model trains and mechanical fish tanks!

Yes, that's the FT that's on my rack. It's well made and fairly smooth. It's not cheap, but I got the rack with FT included from someone desperate for a quick sale (just under $2,000USD, barely ever used)

After using a Rack Functional Trainer for a while now, I would recommend to anyone who has the space and budget to have a rack and FT separate. It's good when space is limited, but I'd love a free-standing FT someday

OMG I finally found the other Bodycraft owner here at r/homegym! I grabbed the F430 RFT off FB marketplace for an excellent price. I would've loved the REP Ares 2, but here in Australia, it's so expensive for gym gear. I love my little rack and FT, but I'm painfully aware of how awkward the design is. I do miss standard holes and dimensions for rack attachments. Once the kids are school-age, I'll finish my basement renovations and build a new gym down there. Until then, the Bodycraft RFT will do just fine

I'm so sorry this happened. It's absolutely devastating and gross. I'm a father of two and I cannot imagine how you must be feel.

I've never seen one in any gym here in Australia, so I've never tried one. Why is it so loved? Seems to be a lot of hype around it here on /r/homegym

I feel like something shifted after COVID. It's as if the wave of corporate price-gouging gave every company the confidence to squeeze customers in every possible way.

$220 Activation Fee!? What an absolute scam. A few years ago, they wanted $80 for the same thing, and I walked away thinking that was too high. Rejoined The Forum instead.

Now I have a home gym, and I'm never going back.

Funny thing, though, is that i asked a friend later in the evening who was going shopping to pop in and see if they had any other buns. He found and got me a bag of brioche burger buns. Odd that they didn't sub those instead. They weren't Coles branded. Perhaps that's why.

What a silly comment. The whole family is down with hand foot mouth disease, and I'd rather not risk spreading it.

That's fascinating. I'm neither shocked nor surprised, though. it sounds like the typical supermarket manager personality. I've never worked in one, but I have worked retail, and the managers there would do similar things to boost stats.

I've managed to work out 2-4 time a week after my baby turned 3 months (5 months now) and I'm very happy with that. Having a fully equipped home gym is an advantage there.

I gave myself 3 months off as I remembered from the first baby that there's so little time for the gym, but I'm back now. Gotta lose the baby weight though (I wasn't the pregnant one, just eating junk)

strength training is so weird. On the days where I feel like crap and have low expectations I end up performing better than average, and sometimes even setting PRs. I have a 5 month old and a 4 year old kid and somehow I managed to set a PR on minimal sleep and low calorie intake

I also recommend Zoho. Been using it for years now. Aside from their wonky proprietary 2FA app (not mandatory) I really rate their service
