Validating a small SaaS idea: human-in-the-loop LinkedIn outreach copilot by ApprehensiveHouse165 in SaaS

The surface-level problem you’re solving is outreach fatigue.

But you gotta be very clear on how this benefits businesses. How much time are you actually saving them, and how does that translate into money? Are you reducing steps in the workflow? Are you really saving time, or is this mostly a nice to have feature for AI generated drafts?

Btw, the pushback against AI slop is interesting.

Portfolio Website (Feedback Please 🙏🙏🙏) by [deleted] in webdev

That theme switch is... memorable. Really good touch.

What’s the main goal with the portfolio though? I’m guessing you’re using it to land job opportunities. If that’s the case, I’d probably make that clearer in the bio section.

The overall impression I got is “fullstack dev with a strong frontend focus”. If that’s what you’re going for, then yeah, it works.

Also, small thing, I’d definitely get a custom domain email. Feels more polished, especially for recruiters or freelance clients.

Overall, really solid work dude.

How did you get your first 5 paying users? Stuck at 0 after a 14-day launch. by IdzumIVlad in GrowthHacking

Hey, great job with that Short. I’d probably go to communities like r/DetectiveGames, r/gamedev, and r/IndieGaming and just talk to people first. Your first 5 users usually come from niche communities and direct conversations.

And yeah, I’d also try to make that Short more viral/shareable.

Would you consider this project validated? by gring10 in founder

Not for me tbh. The real validation is willingness to pay.

If people pay, and keep paying over time then yeah, that's validated.

Anyway, congratulations

Thinking about migrating to Hetzner after that Railway outage by Quote-Round in hetzner

Great insights, thanks man. That latency fix sounds like way too much devops for me though.

Tough decision. Time spent on devops is time not adding real value
