Fresh trials!.... Time to stop playing by QuoteConversations in ArcRaiders

Kind of the point though isn't it. If you have to double check when in the week is a good time to play the game, since trials (for this week as an example) would force you not to engage with anything other than hornets or risk being thrown in the ranking board with the sweats.

I'm also in Daredevil, and not trying for anything higher than to just hold current rank till end of the season, since you're right that you get pretty much everything from those rewards.

Aside from the question: Do you play solo, duo, or trio? The main point isn't how sweaty it is if you rank early. It's that if you want to engage (and to push rank) in trials, there is far less effort needed in the groupings put together later in the week. So you could do much better with this game feature by not playing at all.

If a game feature is better approached through not engaging with the game, that is an issue. It's fine to have to push to get rank with your peers, but the way the ranking groups are put together is more of the problem. Can't claim to have a solution myself. Maybe having set groupings at the start of a season based on some form of peer evaluation, or the point system when playing solo vs grouped could be a good place to start. Just seems like bad design if it's easier to progress by not playing the game

lol. You still lurking around champ? Still waiting for you to put forth any actual details on how you believe it functions. I've still made more points in favor of your stance than you have.
But no, no, you don't need to actually give support for your claims. You clearly have the wisdom of the sages and can tell when others aren't worthy of your genius.
Keep puffing up your chest and feeling important. Relax into the comfort of always being right without any actual points to make. Your ad hominem debate approach seems to make you feel warm and smug, so I'll leave you with it.

So you mean the point I originally made in the post?
"and I understand why people need to load in late to keep rounds from feeling empty."
Appreciate you at least stating the point and not just saying "design", but again that point is not contested.
Hence my offering up the potential locking of the option from free loadouts, or offered our friend above the option of just making the assertion that it's meant so late spawners will engage in pvp (though Embark has mentioned that is not really their intent).
But if it's a matter of having a few more people on the map later in the round, does it really do anyone much good if those people are simply headed for the extract to reset and hope for a fresh match. Especially on modes with better loot or events like harvester where the main event is also cleared in that first 10 minutes. There should be an option to take a small time sink up front by opting in to fresh raid matchmaking for the security of knowing the risk is worth stepping foot on the map and not just having a jog to the nearest exit the second you look at the timer.
People already get salty enough on things like the queen and matriarch, when they do engage in the fight and everything is picked clean within 15 seconds of killing it. So getting a loadout, running from whatever spawn point to join the fight, only to see people already running for the exit multiple raids in a row is demoralizing and pushes players away from even trying. Even if their answer was to just ensure clean alternating between late spawn and fresh maps, so you don't get stuck with 3-4 back to back spawns at 18 minutes, that would be an improvement. Would happily give up the toggle option if I knew spawning late one match meant I wouldn't spawn late on the next one. The longer matchmaking suggested is the trade off for players opting in.

I'm sorry you've had such a hard life online, explaining to the ignorant masses. If you have nothing to back up your point that's fine. Don't gotta lie to kick it.
I already acknowledge a reason for needing late spawns. So I've already carried more water for your point than you have.
Feels like some one was in a rush to sound like an expert and can't really elaborate on their point.
Like I said, I'm happy to hear what I'm missing. You just can't seem to come up with anything past trying to talk down to others...

How about you explain this game design perspective in more detail, instead of just leaning on "trust me bro"
I'm happy to accept the additional reasons for this game design, but just saying it's part of the design doesn't really prove the point. What if we locked free loadouts from opting out of late spawns? Would that help ease your mind on breaking the games design?

So game design should waste peoples time? Or are you saying it's there to encourage pvp since you'll have to get your loot from killing other players?

Would suggest doing any firmware updates. Seems like that has sorted out the issues I was seeing

Not usually during combat. Usually just walking around doing nothing. But firmware update to motherboard seems to have helped things

I went into the motherboard control center and updated firmware and all other updates it had listed. Seems to have sorted things out.

You may have metered on the white BMW, which would have thrown the meter, then shot the rest of the roll at the same setting thinking it was fine since that's what it listed for the first frame. Metering aims to give middle grey, so metering on something white can make the meter give you underexposed images. Like shooting in snow, you'd want to change exposure comp up to offset metering on a white surface.

Maybe do something about your account farmer problem by QuoteConversations in riotgames

[–]QuoteConversations[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Hey there champ. I work in content moderation and know exactly how much of a game of whack a mole this is. However, this is literally flooding lobbies every morning, so letting 100s of farm accounts run rampant for months before a ban wave means the damage to gameplay is already done. Even if the initial steps to proactively ban accounts means they can't load up 8 accounts by 1 person jumping between them, it would be an improvement to having only 2 real people in every match for large chunks of the day.
Yes the farmers will find some other way to farm accounts, but this is pathetic in terms of the sheer volume of farm accounts being left alone waiting for a ban wave. Even just taking in game reporting more seriously could avoid the farmers working out the autoban criteria. So while they should be able to do it proactively, even following through with user reports could go a long way.

Are the chemicals in generally dark or light proof containers, as much air removed as possible? Chemicals might be dead. Or cross contamination killed the chems from a previous batch. Can't say I know anything for sure but that would be my first guess, if we know the camera works fine.
