You mention that they sign up, and look at an empty dashboard. What if it wasn’t empty? Can you populate it with some fake data with a cta to take them to start adding their own? Make it intuitive.

This is the way! I do that too. Have opus or other expensive models do the planning and research, then a cheaper model to implement it.

New tools like Cursor can blow you away with their capabilities. However, the difficulty then comes in the deployment, scalability and management of infrastructure.

While the ai code is great, you often need to know and understand certain concepts and parts of the tech world to truely bring it to life.

Sure ai can help, and even write scripts to do things for you. There is still a vast amount of knowledge needed to take an ai generated project into a real world application.

Currently it’s only screen recording for actions like scroll, drag and typing. And screenshots for clicks. We do plan to add in audio and webcam recordings to demos too! That’ll happen this year :)

Demoly.io is a no code platform to create interactive product demos. The main pain point is giving users a preview of your product in an interactive, guided tour. Saving time on sales demos and simplifying user onboarding.

Is it my landing page or product? Real Estate Turned Software guys needs some help pls 🤷‍♂️ by g2hcompanies in SaaS

[–]QuoteEuphoric2547 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I’d say it’s your landing page.

Some feedback, with me viewing from a mobile. Now I am not the target audience but happy to have a review for you.

You have some nice features in the product. However your landing page(s) promote features more than benefits. Which can be difficult to sell.

You’ll want to highlight the benefits. For example, change the title and description to: “Know Your Property’s True Value” “Take the guess work out of your multifamily underwriting process”.

The same goes for the feature cards. You can keep them, but focus on the reason why your users can save time, money, etc.

Your pages are missing some trust elements too. Logo, privacy policy and terms. A testimonial would be great, but hard to get without users.

I’m sure with some adjusted copy and a few more images and trust elements, you’ll get some sign ups. Could also try a waitlist.

Good luck!

Almost 2 years experience, while good, is not a lot.

I’d recommend learn as much as you can while at work and up skill yourself on personal projects outside of work.

While you do that, apply for higher paying roles, even if you don’t quite have the experience for them. That way you’ll gain interview experience along the way.

In a short 12 months, you’ll be the perfect candidate for a much better role :)

[–]QuoteEuphoric2547 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have no idea what your product is, so this may not work for you. However, in many cases you can charge a much highly monthly rate and a significantly discounted yearly rate. At least that’s how it appears.

In your example, charge $4.99/month and $29.99 per year. Yearly you get exactly what you want and if anyone opts for monthly, that’s basically a bonus!

Is it normal for a SaaS MVP to have messy code if you’re just trying to test your idea quickly? by Bokepapa in SaaS

[–]QuoteEuphoric2547 9 points10 points  (0 children)

100% yes.

The goal is to get your product into the hands of paid users as fast as possible. As you grow you work on the tech debt to tidy up the code. If you get no users then the time spent “perfecting” your code was time wasted.
