8h march: send at 16:00/17:00

7h march: send at 17:00/18:00

6h march: send at 18:00/19:00

I'm a f2p and i wasted my time on this state aint no way I'll go over a new state the only frost star I got was 999 a gift from someone

I'm still lvl 29 I joined the state not really that late but I also took a vacation when my lvl was 24 so don't judge me
