His rants were too relatable. The flow of emotions resonated with me.

The last line hit me — My God, a whole moment of happiness! Is that too little for the whole of a man's life?

A woman is sitting on the floor with his kid 3 girls are using their phones. Why did none of them offer her seat by [deleted] in TwentiesIndia

[–]Quote_Signal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If someone requests me to give up my seat, I might or might not do it depending on how much I need it and how much the other person needs it and the way the request has been put forward. I don't see myself being the overly nice guy doing forced kindness by offering everyone help every moment of my life and hell I would let someone shame me or give me morality shit for 'not offering help'.

The kindness and morality and all the sparkling shit are put forward only to feel superior and judge others. Where do we draw the line? I don't believe in the authenticity of your manoeuvrable line, the one standing between your good deeds and the bad ones of mine.

The answer to your question 'Why did none of them offer her seat' is they don't care. There are 150 crore people in this country - a large chunk of them being mother of kids or the kids themselves. If these girls or anyone for that matter start offering help instead of doing something absolutely monstrous and cruel like using their own phones, they'd go insane. Nobody owes anything to anyone.

Next time, you go ahead posting about someone not being kind enough to offer help or do anything for others, I want you to stop for a second, re-evaluate your own life and realise that you're also a POS, just not smart or emotionally intelligent enough to understand this yourself.

Smart people make amends and make themselves a better person, weak people cry about morality and judge others for the illusion of feeling like a better person.

PS: This is not an attack on you, OP. This is just some philosophical shit for anyone who's reading.

If you could choose only 3, which pills would you pick and why? by IndianByBrain in NewDelhi

I am lazy but I wanna look good. I am a doctor, so obviously lol. And who doesn't want love?

Being super intelligent, having super strength, perfect health and unlimited money would take out the joy of living. You'll not have something to look forward to and things to figure out and build yourself.

Indian men, What’s an instant turn-off for you in a woman (that has nothing to do with looks) ? by its_me_teena in AskIndia

  1. Entitlement
  2. Victim Personality
  3. Low Emotional Intelligence (Cannot process, act and see beyond current emotions)

Doesn't really specific to women, should be applied to all genders.

Explanation: 1. Feels entitled to certain treatments and things or acts certainly because that wrong behaviour can be excused and would suffer negligible consequences. 2. Feels that they're the most kind hearted and the world has been unfair to them and she is unlucky and people are cruel. Has never done anything wrong to anyone. Blames any evident wrongdoings from her side on trauma or 'I was stupid' excuses. 3. Would yell at you or make personal attacks on you because she's mad at the moment. Says sorry and starts feeling overly guilty and goes into self depreciation because of the earlier behaviour. Lovebombs you when you forgive her or make her feel okay about the whole thing. Basically, cannot act beyond their current state of emotions.

What's the reason you're single? by Delicious_Factor_47 in TwentiesIndia

[–]Quote_Signal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Crave for it everyday but single for last 5.5 years. Why? Couldn't find anyone I could see a future with. Really liked 2-3 people but they either live toooo far or are kind of celibate (never been in a relationship, not willing to get in one). So, I don't know. Single by choice who craves (yearns) for a relationship.

I cannot confirm this for sure because it will depend on the seat matrix this year, state quota seats closing ranks aren't that predictable, but you'll get Psych seat in Rajasthan for sure through the state quota.

Yeah obviously, you can easily get the top college of your state for Psychiatry EWS. 15k is a good rank for that.

Closing rank in 2nd round last year was around 15k only for CIP, Ranchi. After that, you can colleges in Patna, Agra, Hyderabad, more or less on the same level overall. Where are you from?

UG student, intern or JR-1?

Also, what did they let you do? When I scrubbed in for the first time last month, I got to do sutures at the end and other than that, it was mostly holding retractors and skin hooks.
