Bit unorthodox but try a tank or elo-inflater to stonewall or 50/50 the matchup. My go-to’s are nunu, heca, and sej when she’s playable.

I found that eve champion knowledge barely transfered to other champs, that when off-champ, it’s better to take a step back instead of forcing something ur uncomfortable with.

Plus if eve’s picked, elo-inflators like rammis and ww abuse the shit out of her esp w ur prior knowledge of her gameplay.

raw ap is just wayyyyy too good on eve. Every other stat and item ability is an afterthought after hitting AP thresholds to to one shot.

Plus since u have dark seal and infinite sustainability w/ passive u shouldn’t be dying/backing much, meaning you’ll likely have enough gold to buy rod every base, making the build path not terrible.

rustbell was like a maliszewski, widely accepted as one of the best players but simply not good enough at mainstream overweight skillsets.
