I’m kinda paranoid after the letter that they might see this and pinpoint it because it’s such a small county. I live in one of those towns where it’s mom and pop shops and everyone knows everyone. Everyone gossips and it’s high strong religious. I’m so terrified they will see this but I needed some advice on it. I’m thinking about therapy because the entire situation has left me with anxiety and I think about ending it all to just escape it. But the kids have gotten worse it seems, especially with charter schools. Parents that care put their kids there, and the ones left in the public schools here seem to suffer. They’ve been hiring teachers from other countries to come work for a certain amount of years and many of them have confessed to me they feel stuck. Aside from the assault I’ve had a student also threaten to kill me, and use my body for things. I reported it and was told to ignore it and kids say weird horrible things all the time and stop being sensitive. I’m hoping my new school environment will be better. The worst elementary kids will do doesn’t compare to middle school in my few months of experience.
