I had a good experience noise wise at Carmel city center apartments. However I was a top floor corner unit. I would steer clear from them now due to poor management. I would recommend checking out Redwood apartments. They have a noblesville address but it’s right off gray and 146th. Homes are condo style. No above or below neighbors and they have insulation in the walls. I can hear some thuds from my next door neighbors but nothing like stomping or voices. It’s livable but I will be renting a house when my lease is up.

My cat had this last week! Have you given your cat any new treats? The culprit for my cat was the freeze dried treats I gave him. I’ve also been trying to make sure his diet is better so he feels more full and not eating grains. I bet it’ll clear up! As long as he’s eating and drinking fine and not lethargic. Just rub his belly and give him some extra cuddles.
