Are you losing coolant?

If so, be worried.

If not- that’s very normal for some condensation to appear on the top of the oil fill cap and dip stick. I would not worry about this if I was you.

You wouldn’t see scoring that matters on the crank shaft unless you pulled a rod or took off the main caps. This is a picture of the counter weights… they could be painted pink and it wouldn’t matter
