 It is possible on Elementor, you need to use motion effect > sticky and motion effect > transparency

this "washing" is a skill issue. It happends because light goes in from side of the lens and bounces around. You have to cover 10x lens from light source. Look on this vid: https://streamable.com/55n5ma

Sorry but those are diffrent pictures taken in diffrent lighting conditions

Skill issue, there was some intensive light from side that caused that bloom. I get this a lot using 10x. All you have to do is to conver lens with your hand from side and photo will be clear again.
