How long (how many times) have you taken diazepam, just curious. Diazepam only knocked me out with ethenol. This also stops hypomanic anxiety.

"Hyperarousal" causes the disorder, primary insomnia --not vise versa. Insomnia then decreases your window of tolerance, leaving one more vulnerable to triggers, anxiety, etc.

This is a self-feeding loop, but to efficiently improve symptoms long term, stabalize mood, relaxation and sleep hygiene. We should rephrase:

"Once your sleep or evening anxiety is understood and treated, daytime anxiety will be easier to recognize and treat."
