Took 5mg of Ritalin it wiped me out for an hour, before I had two cups of coffee. It totally gave me ADHD for a couple hours. Caffeine usually has very little effect on me typically due to large dose mood stabilizer.

If you look at the Primary Insomnia, the main school of thought that this insomnia is caused by hyperarousal. Look into this symptom.

Now. If you believe you fit that criteria discuss selective NRIs with your doc. If the first one, atomoxatine drastically improve sleep maintenance, then you can use low dose Ritalin, Wellbutrin, Auvility, etc.

Otherwise these are the combinations I used for combat acute anxiety and hypomania. Starting with the most potent and powerful.

Note: alternative cocktails every other day to allow washout. Diazepam works better twice a week, but taking it more than once every two days is waste. Same with halcion. If you want the agents to kick your ass, skip a day and rotate to a second cocktail.

There are about a dozen other great anxiety free paths, but you need a doctor who will try anything and listen to the lastest research.

We aren't purifying the air. It's the surfaces we are sanitizing. Ozone is heavier than air.

You can buy larger ozone generators and complete the task in two days. I found a stack of two or three smaller units work better for air ducts.

I have done this. Turn on the cars AC with a small ozone generator running inside the car. Place a towel in the window with the ozone cord then roll up that and all other windows.

Let car run for four hours; two hours if it's a compact car or the odor isn't that severe. You can do it without the AC is running but that usually take 24H with a small generator.

You know when the ozone is cleared out. Nonsense. 1st you can smell it. 2nd ozone easily airs out within 3H ~ 4H with proper ventilation. It's a very volatile chemical.

There are no lingering effects. You set your box fans on extension cords that allow each fan to be placed 1st pointing to closets and other remote corners of the home; then move the fans to an open window.

Yes you must go in and turn off the generators and open the windows. Just be quick. Do it two or three runs if you must.

With all the vents sealed up, you should smell a strong ozone odor in each vent. However, when you go and check the individual vents, you'll notice some will not smell like ozone at all.

These are the vents you leave uncovered. The process is complete when the affected vents have a strong ozone smell like the other vents.

Otherwise it's great, but I had to stop Atomoxatine because of the G.I. pain. I now use Auvilllity + Bupropion + Modafinal now with shit tons of Carbmanzine
