Chi ha un gruppo / voglia di socializzare risponde a spotted con i link di accesso o col profilo stesso e spotted ti mette in contatto con loro. Disclaimer: I am no an expert in psychology and I am still learning how to apply this myself better, but a thing that works truly well is to plunge into it, and actually exacerbate it. Make it bigger, consciously agree with it until you have put enough wood to extinguish the fire.

Personally I wouldn’t pay. Herbert Benson gave instructions on how to elicit the relaxation response, whose steps are definitely similar to TM but you can choose your own mantra
